No, government secrets.

The government can do whatever it wants, pretty much, with its own citizens.

Anyway, this is off point, because I said I thought they were classified as spies. I'm not basing anything on that, I'm just providing relevent but inconsequential information.

I mean there are hundreds of execs out there who have been taking corporate secrets with them to a enemy company due to "hostile recruiting"

No, you said spy by definition can be subjected to what ever government wants to do with them.

So, if your industrial spy is caught in here, by that very definition we can torture him and execute him and you can't say a word to it.

If you NOW want to enlarge the definition of a spy, and that there might be scenarios where spy shouldn't be subjected to any means necessary by a government, or foreign government, then your whole arguments goes to bunkers, plus you need to take a new look at your ealrier arguments as well.

By this you want to say what ever Saddam did was acceptable, not good but acceptable? And other dictators as well. Uhmm.. come on Kuci, you know better than that. Seems to me you're trying to argue in points where you don't disagree with your opponents, but you seem to need to build obstacles everywhere you can around your main arguments and points, but that's a bad tactic at the end, as it is easy to point out inconsitencies in them, just like the spy thing. And the government can do what ever they want with there citizens. It can, in physical form, it can do what ever it wants, I mean who's going to stop them, but that's not what you meant.
