I can (sorta) remember the graphs and arguments (there is this term which causes it always to be the proper sign...)

but need to look at it in more detail

Tourtiere (traditional Quebec pork pie. Very, very good. Excellent comfort food for winter)

Perogies is a staple food on the prairies.

In BC, the White Spot burger.

Canadian chocolate bars:
Neilson's Jersey Milk, Malted Milk and Sweet Marie
Cadbury's Crispy Crunch

Canadian Chocolate:

In BC: Purdy's and Rogers.
