.And on the Nazi/capitalist thing, afraid to admit, but I agree with Ned. The left gets all in a tizzy about linking Nazis with the capitalists and say the capitalists ran the fascist state. In fact the opposite was the case. The state ran the capitalists. You had to stay on their good sides and if you did (and many did) then you could make all the money you wanted. If you didn't stay on their good sides, then bad things happened to you.
The German government was, in particular, very interfering in the market, setting up cartels, price fixing, and informing businesses what they had to make and how much.
