I hope you haven't caught Stephen Soderbergh's remake of Tarkovsky's Solaris, because it's crap and will probably spoil the original for you. The original is the Soviet answer to 2001 and in my opinion a much greater film, well worth getting hold of if you like atmosphere.
Its not a remake of Tarkovsky's movie (unfortunately, I haven't seen it yet ), its a new adaptation of Lem's book. Maybe it's crap compared to Tarkovsky's movie, but if you're not comparing it, its decent. The photography, in particular, is very nice.

If you like City of God you should also look into other spanish movies. I think the spanish cinema has some real great stuff.

In fact I am just comming from the newest Almodóvar which is called La mala educacion. It's pretty good!!
The rest of the Almodovar films I can recommend as well. Habla con ella (Talk to her) or Todo sobre mi madre (All about my mother).
Then there is Y tu mama tambien which is pretty good as well. It's a mexican road movie.
Another one is Lucía y el sexo. Real good one. I hope you don't get the censored version, because in some scenes you see a dick and censoring it would be stupid.

For some german war movie classics there is:
                  Das Boot
Cross of Iron (Steiner - das eiserne Kreuz)

                  An awesome french movie:
                  Amelie

Good austrian movie (though you probably don't understand the joke):
                  Poppitz

A very very heavy belgian movie. Takes really strong nerves to sit through, but is somewhat of a must see.
                  Man bites dog

                  Excellent italian one:
La vita è bella (Life is beautiful) by Roberto Benigni

A recent good german one, during the times when the berlin wall fell:
                  Herr Lehmann

                      Thanks again.

I just copied and pasted all of your guys' suggestions, and I would estimate that about 70% of the movies were available.

This is what my queue looks like! I have about 4 more pages!

This should be enough movies to last for a year!

Yeah, they have a section for each type of foreign film (Italian, French, Indian, etc.) but there was no separate section for Korean, there is just an "other asian" section.
