I've said this many times, and I'll say this many times again. Britney Spears is a whore, plastic, and plain and simple, not very bright. That makes her pretty damn unattractive.
Try again. This time, hopefully you'll point out someone with class.
And, Dems, get off the "net job loss" bit. Bush inherited a recession which was compounded by 9/11 in his first fiscal year, a budget given him by Clinton. As soon as the major Bush tax cuts became effective last summer, the economy took off. Those tax cuts were delayed and opposed in large measure by you know who. Had the Dems had their way, we would still be in a recession.

You are kidding, right? The only control the Afghani government has is over Kabul's Village Square and not even the whole square at that. The rest of Afghanistan is happily ruled by the same old warlords and the same old Taliban from before the "liberation." And did I mention that opium production is at an all time high?

You are ridiculous. The Afghan National Army is growing in size and is about 30,000. It is taking over more and more. A new high way was built connecting Kabul to Kandahar.

A British House of Commons Foreign Affairs committee report found that about 10,000 members of the ANA had been trained as of 15 June 2004. According to a report published by the International Crisis Group in March 2004, the ANA's establishment was below coalition targets, was not ethnically representative of the population, and suffered from a high rate of desertion. A mid-March 2004 estimate suggested that 3000 soldiers had deserted. In the summer of 2003 the desertion rate was 10%.
Oh, and might I add, all of these deserters pretty much made off with National Army Uniforms and guns.
There is no control outside of the major cities, and only moderate control over those. To even think about refuting that just goes against basic common sense, not to mention reports made by governments and media outlets worldwide.

I hear 30,000. And yes they are gaining control outside of major cities. But lets talk frank here, you liberals want the country to get fixed overnight and it doesn't work like that. It'll take years.

About 7,500, well below coalition hopes of 40,000.
Hey, I supported going into Afghanistan...I didn't support choosing to focus on Iraq almost immediatly after the Taliban fell.

I question that number of 7,500 and wonder where it is from? From some committee full of democrats? We increased the amount of troops in Afghanistan recently by the way, so we didn't take attention off it. And now look! They have 80% of their voting population registered to vote. Something I thought that wouldn't be possible.

We have not spent enough on Afghanistan to reach our targets.

Why do you even bother? Its not like it will change anything, trying to reason.

Gian, I bet you could be given a piece of paper with the letter "A" on it and told that the paper says "A" by a liberal and would question the **** out of it until the person talking to you got so fed up with trying to prove something that shouldn't have to be proven that he would explode.
EDIT: Because, GePap, I still have another 4 days until classes start, and its raining out.

And Kerry has said essentially the same thing about Bush. He has said that Bush is the wrong choice, that he has made the world less safe, that terrorist are stronger now etc...
So it's ok for Kerry to say that sort of thing about Bush but not okay for Cheney to say it about Kerry?
'There is a greater darkness than the one we fight. It is the darkness of the soul that has lost its way. The war we fight is not against powers and principalities, it is against chaos and despair. Greater than the death of flesh is the death of hope, the death of dreams. Against this peril we can never surrender. The future is all around us, waiting, in moments of transition, to be born in moments of revelation. No one knows the shape of that future or where it will take us. We know only that it is always born in pain.'"
