      Depends on his height

I seem to recall him saying that he's on the short side.

I've seen Diss in person, he needs to put on some weight.

An active person who is 40-60 pounds 'overweight' is probably healthier than a 135 pound person who sits on his butt all day. In all I'd rather be fit and lean than fit and overweight.

I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

Isn't this the gorup who protested the premiere of Shallow Hal in LA b/c it wasn't sensitive to fat people?

I'm "fat people" and I loved it. Was I the only one who got the hidden message? (Most criticzers are hypocrites)

                      Damn, do I hate Imperial?!?

It took me half a page to realize che wasn't saying he weighed a quarter of a metric ton.

Looking at my family history, I should be afraid of getting fat, but it's not happening this far; 22 years old, leads a pretty passive life, eats alot, should add about 5kg of pure fat to reach the US Navy's recommendations.

Chegitz, congrats on your weight loss so far and good luck on it continuing. Carbs don't have to be your enemy.

"I'd hoped to inherit my father's metabolism, and while I was young, everyone thought I had. I could put away food like it was going out of style. Alas, I inherited my mother's metabolism"

I'm sorry but this "inheriting metabolism" stuff is just junk science.

The only good predictor of your "metabolism" is your lean body (ie muscle) mass. If you have more muscle, you'll burn more calories.

What you should worried about is the body fat percentage.

All bodybuilders are overweight, but they sure aren't fat.

How, then, does non-junk science explain people like me, who don't exercise, eat alot, have little muscle, and less fat?

How many calories do you eat each day, and what is your macronutrient breakdown (protein/fat/carb)?

Edit: and how old are you?
