Spider-Man 1 was the best superhero movie ever.

I agree that Dafoe's character was bizarre, and the costume looked like something out of Power Rangers. But aside from that, the movie was very well-directed, Tobey made for a great Spidey, it had some really touching scenes, just a great film with a lot of very memorable moments. the first Spidey was kind of lame... although I am hearing good things about this one. Perhaps it won't suck as much as the first one. The previews look good.
Also, I don't like how the Spiderman action scenes are shot. It looks a little too cartoony for my tastes.
But I'll still see it in the theatre. That way I can legitimately ***** about the movie.To us, it is the BEAST.Comment

Ha. I watched Spiderman 1 on an air flight back to Utah....It was free because the plane was falling apart.

I just hope the end-fight scene will be better... the end-fight in the first movie was not just lame, but extremely lame...

IMO, it should be a cartoon then. This is one of those movies that can't decide if it's a cartoon or not. I'm not a big fan of movies that try to have it both ways.I like the cartoony look of it
