Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus
Can't you at least keep one worthy tradition in honour.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?

"The world is too small in Vorarlberg". Austrian ex-vice-chancellor Hubert Gorbach in a letter to Alistar [sic] Darling, looking for a job...
"Let me break this down for you, fresh from algebra II. A 95% chance to win 5 times means a (95*5) chance to win = 475% chance to win." Wiglaf, Court jester or hayseed, you judge.
Needed a few seconds with that one, but I think I got it now.

It's quite indcredivble that these two teams didn't manage to score a single goal. Was it a fix?
As for Sweden, I think they played pretty well. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what they could have done bettre? That makes an exit like this extra painful.
Ok, we're either Holland or The Netherland. Not Dutchland. That sounds too much like Deutschland
I wonder.....
When one of the swedish penalty shooters hitted the bar, the ball fall back on the back of the dutch goalkeeper, and via the goalkeeper into the goal.
I wonder......
Penalty shoots after the match ended in a draw are just about the shot on goal. It's not like if you miss and hit the bar, you can shoot it in as well (something you can do during the game)
So why is it a goal if the shooter hits the bar and the ball falls back into the field, and goes into the goal via the keeper?
The ball hits the bar and falls back into the field. That's it. What happens after that doesn't matter anymore....
I really wonder about that.
I'm sure that I'm wrong, but it's strange though....

I heard on the descritpion of the game that UEFA has decided that since the goalkeeper is inrcemental in the phase then bar hits have to continue. for example hypothetically the ball hits the bar then the goalkeeper and goes in.

That's not so very hypothetical since that happened to van der Sar yesterday.
But for how long would it be possible to score via the keeper? What if the bal hits the bar, lays in the field 3 meters before the goal. The goalkeeper runs around in circles cheering, and hits the ball by accident and shoots it in the goal......... will it count as a goal?
If not, why would that not count while it does count if it happens 0,5 seconds after the bal hits the bar....!?

I wondered about that yesterday too, especially when the cameras showed Yungberg looking a bit pissed off at something - maybe the ref had disallowed it, I thought..
