As for Limbaugh... I'm not surprised that he's been divorced by three women. Given his meanness and narcissism, who would be willing to put up with him for life? I find it interesting that wife #3 initiated divorce proceedings exactly 10 years after they got married. Makes me think that they had a pre-nup with a 10-year sunset clause (like Jack Welch's).

Nope, he cannot be elected to the office of President more than two times. There is no prohibition against simply holding the office of President more than two times (though there is a special provision for a VP whose President dies before a certain amount of time in office), nor against being elected to the office of VP more than two times.

Last sentence of Ammendment XXII:

"But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States."

Clinton is constitutionally ineligible to be elected VP because he is ineligible to be elected President again.
