Green Party. It's rounder than all the other squares.Exult in your existence, because that very process has blundered unwittingly on its own negation. Only a small, local negation, to be sure: only one species, and only a minority of that species; but there lies hope. [...] Stand tall, Bipedal Ape. The shark may outswim you, the cheetah outrun you, the swift outfly you, the capuchin outclimb you, the elephant outpower you, the redwood outlast you. But you have the biggest gifts of all: the gift of understanding the ruthlessly cruel process that gave us all existence [and the] gift of revulsion against its implications.

They're certainly infinitely preferable to the RESPECT extremists, the Blairite clones, or the Liberal Democrat hypocrites.Visit the Vote UK Discussion Forum!

He lost by one vote after some Plaid Cymru scaremongering, and hardly tried to hide the fact that he was a Tory anyway. He'd already been elected to a Welfare Sabbatical as an open Tory, something which I believe is pretty much unique in Student Union politics...
I'm standing as a Conservative, anyway. I can hardly hide that fact when it's on the bloody ballot paper.Visit the Vote UK Discussion Forum!
