The Constitution only states that one can only be elected to the office of President twice. It places no such limit on the Vice Presidency, nor on receiving the Presidency through some means other than election.

Does it mean that he can run as VP, while having a dummy president that would resign as soon as elected, and thus hold office indefinetly, sircumventing the constitution?

Than Feberal judge is really mad at the FBI for prejury in saying that Spanish National Police said that was the terrorist they want. If I was that judge I wouldnot allow anymore material from the FBI to be use in my courtroom as they cannot be trust at all.
