That was quite normal food in parts of Denmark, when I was "a nice little boy" some 40 years ago. It was made on the "farms" immidiate after the pigs was slaughtered (nasty sight and even more nasty to hear the pigs screems, when their through was cut....).First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.
