Danish National Television's website reports that a tape containing the verses in Arabic, along with the detonators were found in a previously stolen van parked in the town of Alcal de Henares, east of Madrid. 3 of the bombed trains departed from Alcal de Henares, while a fourth made a stopover at the station.
Emperor Fab gave some good reasons why this would appear to be the work of Al Quada, along with the point I mentioned earlier about the attacks occuring exactly 30 months after 9/11.
But we'll know soon enough I think.Comment

Perhaps the political arm has different goals than the extremist elements in ETA?
Somewhat similar developments occurred between the IRA and Sein Fein(sp).
