I missed my chance to go to Iraq. I got to ft. campbell just as the 101st started getting back. I supposed I'll have another chance to go in a year or so.

Anything from Oz, Oerdin?

I'll have a look at the garden centre to see if there are any Aussie desert plants that might give you some edibles, but if you're near water, they might have some native rivermint.

I posted an envelope with 12 $ to Lancer today. Expect it in a week.

(I can't belive I'm sending money to support the army of the richest country in the World, in a war of aggression I opposed in the first place. But this is not really supporting the army, is it?

Anyway, it reminds me of when my commie teachers in school wanted us to participate in fundraising for ANC, and one of my buddies jokingly suggested we should hold a counter-fundraising for the white South Africans

I was told my letter would be there by Wednesday or so.
