Apparantly you didn't read the Kay report or the Carnegie endowment's report... the only "human" intelligence that we had was from defectors who had motives for wanting to feed us intel that would lead the US to war. Just go through Colin Powell's presentation to the UN. There was plenty of substantial evidence in that.
