And thus, the furries start their attack on Poly.
I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

      Oh lord
Today, you are the waves of the Pacific, pushing ever eastward. You are the sequoias rising from the Sierra Nevada, defiant and enduring.

Mostly instincts are to be relied on in first dates.

And there are plenty more fish in the sea.

But I rather doubt the smiling girl of your dreams will turn out to be the one for you. I have a feeling it may turn out that Miss Right will need to have a bit more to say for herself.

I made a rule for my daughter, when she was a bit younger, that she could not date guys more than two years older. And it would be a good rule for you not to date girls more than two years younger. Just for now.

          Good luck.

What's this "start," white man? This is like day 600 of the furry siege. But yes, all threads become Stefu's sooner or later. He's like Apolyton's Grim Reaper.

EST, that's not a bad rule though.. I think 3 years younger would still do just fine, that being 20 years and me 23. There's more fish in the sea for sure.. if I had a daughter, she wouldn't date, period

                Yes, twenty is fine.

My daughter was brought up living in an inner city. So she was first asked out on a date when she was six. Which kind of helped me to get used to the idea.

It is still a shock the first time they come on a visit bringing a boy friend and you realise they expect to share a bedroom.

But kids do grow up. In fact, it is if they don't that dad gets to be worried.

Pekka, my solution is such: Look into her eyes, sigh and say: "Let's talk about something else, (name). You are too lovely to talk politics with."

I find it quite useful, especially that my political views are quite unpopular in Israel.

Firelad, Yeah we did talk about other things soon after.. but that's kind of you know insulting, she was clearly passionate about it, so it would have been just an argument with nothing else. ANyway, it's over, it didn't happen. But that's ok.

The "you're too lovely for it" is where you not only avoid trouble but turn it into an advantage.

That date of yours was supposed to prove you that maybe you shouldn't look for girls anymore..?

I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

The furrie revolution has only just begun.

Great. So what MrFun is saying "now that Homsexuality is much more accepted, I'll have to switch to something else. How about being a Furrie?"
