And USC marched right down the field... 28 - 7... it's over. USC sure looks like the best team in the country.

    The BCS can shove it...

Still have an entire quarter. It is VERY unlikely, but a miracle finish can still happen.

Why? USC played some crappy Michigan team. They didn't have a tough schedule. They can eat LSU/Oklahoma tail.

Yeah... and Oklahoma couldn't win a game against a crappy team when the chips were down... It's kind of sad when the team the coaches think is number one doesn't even get an invitation to the "supposed" championship game. The BCS has proved what a piece of crap it really is... just a bunch of old farts who have nothing to do with college football trying to make some money on something they don't even own

I'd definetly put USC in the big game rather than OU. At least USC won their conference.

Okl played a tougher schedule than USC. Therefore they deserve to go. Screw USC. Let em whine like the gutless pigs they are.

I could've sworn the "you can't play if you lose your conference" fiasco happened a couple of years ago (NB losing to CO) and that the rules were changed to prevent that. Obviously, I was wrong.

Yep, for all their 'tweaks' they never touched that one, even though Nebraska didn't win their conference that year.

Okl played a tougher schedule than USC.

And yet didn't win their conference. And Michigan played a tougher schedule than USC (and LSU)... doesn't seem to be helping them too much does it?

On that pass interference call, do refs EVER use the 'uncatchable' rule anymore?

They are number 3 until the big game and then they are number 2.

Probably not in the Writers Poll. If USC wins, you'll see them #1 there... where they deserve to be .

Hey, Ohio State and Michigan both lost two games, but Ohio State played a tougher schedule... OSU should go to the Rose Bowl.

Uhhh... last time I checked the polls, USC was number one. Oklahoma can't say that

USC played a crappy schedule. They are 3.

I mean, they're not even playing a tough opponent in thier bowl. Sorry, they lose. back of the line. Deal with it, Arnold-lovahs.

They HAVE to institute a two game playoff....this year would have been perfect for it, had USC played someone tougher in the Rose Bowl...BCS is FLAWED and WRONG.

Check out the Moos Plan from the home of the mighty Ducks, who, BTW, lost a heartbreaker to Minnesota (great game though) and beat the stuffing out of Michigan...worse than USC: http://www.denverpost.com/Stories/0,...825445,00.html
