You can study the historical events of a certain geographical area but from there on trying to give it a never existed attribute is simply false. Luckily few ever did it and most of them also acknowledge that they had to revert to arbitrary theoritical creations moslty for teaching cohesion pruproses.

i'm very interested in hearing the "western" civ of revolutionary french republic with the evolutionary english monarchy and the rootbreaking societal innovation of the russian state.
i'm sure it's one great civ and has many differences with ataturk's social revolution, mao's cultural one and india's widespread democratic believes.

I'd also like to hear about the great "Western" civ of the panspermia of languages (including non indoeuropean ones) and how they differantiate with hebrew or arabic progressing to social and functional entities the unique mathematician genious of the "west" as it progressed superbly and uninterupted (LOL) from pythagoras to arabia to the franks and the eastern romans or greeks lol...

get over it, the cold war is over and the terrorist one doesnt have the same allies, wether some like it or not.
