I'm going to sleep but will be doing it tomorrow. If you want to do some research yourself, Argentina and Venezuela are prime examples.

Well, since my father is French I may have enjoyed a few Frog jokes. Until I was called on one on one of these forums. After that I concluded it was best to steer clear of such things. All too easy to be mistaken for someone being serious about it.

Well, OB, I scanned through the artilces on South America, with some interest since my wife is Brazilian I might add. I saw no article allong the lines that the US was asking South America to cut social spending.

The most pressing problem in Brazil is crime. Lula is federalizing the police in order to try to bring order out of chaos. Let us hope he succeeds.
