And for the sixth time this season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are beaten by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

That's a good trick . In that case the Falcons were beaten by the Falcons about 5 times.

So long as Indianapolis win against the Broncos tommorow, Indianapolis will have a first week bye.

well I got 2 right today. I did not expect KC to lay a big egg like that. Hmm

This is the first time I have doubted my preseason pick of KC to win the superbowl. Their defense is atrocious! They won't make it past the wild card round of the playoffs with a defense like that. Pathetic.

Right now, I'm a big Oakland Raiders supporter. At least til halftime of Monday's game against Green Bay.

It's pretty easy to understand... The KC defense just sucks. And the Vikings were at home in their cushy dome and not outdoors on the road in the cold. The Chiefs are giving up an average of over 200 yards rushing per game in the last 7 games and at least 2 rushing touchdowns per game. With a defense like that, they aren't going to win if their offense doesn't score a ton of points. The Bears defense isn't that bad any more

                Ming:

Yeah, I saw some stats on the KC defense after the game ... apparently they've really gone downhill in the last six games or so ... they're now allowing an average of 5.7 yard per carry running or something like that.

The Bears defense has quite aways to go to match the '85 team.

Next week the Vikes are at Arizona. I'm sweating already.

I've heard the same about Moss, too. I also read he's supposed to have matured this season ... but that's wishful thinking on somebody's part, IMO. I mean, he's gotten more mature, yes, but mature in the sense of, say, a college freshman.

Still, he's good at what he does. No taking that away from him.

The Bears 85 defense would be difficult for ANYBODY to match... one of the best defenses of all time

But the current Bears are looking better. Now that they have two corners that can go man to man against good receivers, it gives them more options. Before, the safties had to stay in coverage to support weak corner play.

It's not just the Chiefs; defenses all over the NFL are going to hell in a handbasket, particularly against the run. Makes me wonder why anyone watches the NFL; college football was always more exciting and now the kids play better fundamental football than the pros...

At least in the Pros, there is only a single championship team in any given year

College football is too damn confusing. Can't keep track of 70 different teams. I don't know who half of them are. They play in like a dozen different leagues. Like I care to watch the sugar bowl, rose bowl, nacho bowl, citris bowl, alamo bowl, fiesta bowl, tapiocca bowl, galleryfurniture.com bowl (!!), etc.

Just give me one big SUPERBOWL for all the marbles.

Much easier to follow, the NFL is.

better football in college? I think not.

Yes games with scores like 77-0 are real interesting

One defense in the NFL is still tight as a drum - THE PATRIOTS DEFENSE.

not the Detroit Lions- that's for sure.

I thought for sure the Panthers could not cover such an insane point spread without stephen davis.

This isn't a must win for them as they have no hope of getting a first round bye.

NFL rules, college DROOLS! Especially with BCS ... those chickens should just institute a play-off system.
