        I think that votes should always be carried over. Rather than using it to defend from people being flavor of the month, what about the people who are always posting but take some time off? I think it's unfair to those (like devilmunchkin) who have to start from scratch.

            Again the ones I vote for aren't getting too popular .

            Indeed, though, DC, it would be fairer to have equal chances for people from non-popular forums.

            While people such as War4Ever might be legends, the unpopular CtP people definitely deserve their place in, too.

              They have the same chance as anyone else. Why not encourage them to drop into the OT and be vaguely interesting?
