Silly question: Does fish pie taste well?

Okay..I know it's a silly question, but I just saw this cooking show with an English dude named Rick Stein. He made this fish pie that looked incredibly tasty.

But the English tradition of food pies isn't that widespread here in Denmark, and I have never tasted fish pie.

So back to the headline: Is it tasty or what? My wife asked if I could make it for dinner tomorrow (she is Thai, so European cooking is completely foreign to her )

It was my first thought also when seeing the subject line.

My answer: Depends if she washes the "fish" first ... or if you are drunk. Actually, having both is optimal, washed fish and being drunk.

Dammit I was late to pick up on that line of thought. But now that I have, we're probably not going to have fish pie tomorrow.

(Now whether I will have it is another story )

But the question still stands, though. Is it good or not?

Of course it is good, just make sure it has enough salt in it (otherwise it will be very lame pie).

Chegitz, just leave the fish pie in the sunshine for a couple of days, and it might develop a consciousness...

but I'm not so sure about the tongue though (which makes me wonder: are there alternative methods of 'tasting'?)
