I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

I have a stamp collection I havent sorted out in 20 years. Nowadays I just rip them off the envelope and add them to the pile. They will not have any value until I'm retired anyway. I have one BIG rarity though, and that's a postcard that was shipped by Amundsen's "FRAM" through the polar cap in 1876 or something. I have put it inside a frame and hung it on the wall to show off.

I, too, hoard music rather than collect records, but alas I'm at a less progressed stage than Laz owing to my late start and younger age.
