  • An unopened 23 year-old bottle of Coke and Buffy. What do you collect?

Actually it's a commemorative issue bottle re: the UGA 1980 1-A Football National Championship, still unopened with the original soda still in it.

The wife collects a bunch of Buffy memorabilia - my computer room could just as accurately be called the Buffy room.

I also used to collect baseball cards (I once spent $10 on a Ruben Sierra rookie card - but, hell, it was 1991-ish and he was considered one of the top prospects of the decade) and a few comic books (Elfquest, probably something nobody here has heard of).

How about you? What do you collect?

    Stamps, coins, and banknotes.

I also collect books, CDs, photos I took, books, small bits of minerals, crystals, and interesting looking rocks, candles, and more books.

Martini glasses. Beautiful elegant things. I've got two so far because they have to be unique before I add them to my collection.

Dead curriences. I've got some pre-euro banknotes from around the EU and a few coins my mum gave me that were originally from an Italian city-state.
Exult in your existence, because that very process has blundered unwittingly on its own negation. Only a small, local negation, to be sure: only one species, and only a minority of that species; but there lies hope. [...] Stand tall, Bipedal Ape. The shark may outswim you, the cheetah outrun you, the swift outfly you, the capuchin outclimb you, the elephant outpower you, the redwood outlast you. But you have the biggest gifts of all: the gift of understanding the ruthlessly cruel process that gave us all existence [and the] gift of revulsion against its implications.

I collect money. So far I haven't been able to make any savings due to my low income, but once that changes, I'll be collecting it a lot!

I don't think you can call my CD collection "collecting". I just buy a hell of a lot of music.

I'd love to have a collection of Anglo-Saxon coins, but they're pricey and I have other priorities in life.

Soft, stuffed animal toys, preferably Pikachu's. Euro's, from different countries. Stamps. And game machines. Just bought a Vectrex last week.
I've allways wanted to play "Russ Meyer's Civilization"
