Actually, from reading the articles it's an American site registered in Russia. The way they write, their obvious knowledge of arcane Americana, and a couple of other clues leads me to believe this.

The sad thing is, I would have wished for the EU to really lose this case so we can get rid of the stupid banana regime. Unfortunately, we had a GATT waiver to favour ACP bananas, so all the US & co won was a slight change in the banana market regulation.
And it was valued at 100 or 200 million $ - peanuts compared to the US FSC scheme, worth a juicy 4 billion $.
