In the U.S., in Maryland. As far as I know, there isn't a Baltimore in England.

Atlantic City, which is a real **** hole if you actually leave the hotel/casino establishment your at. Granted, I'm sure it's a paradise for gamblers, but there isn't crap to do there if you don't gamble and there are few places I've seen that are more run down. Plus it's in New Jersey, which speaks for itself.

Tokyo does suck; Osaka is a million times better. Tokyo is still better than the ****hole that is Seoul, however.
Toyko was clean and well planned where as Seoul was clean and unplanned. In any event neither of these cities deserves the title of worst city ever. They both interesting but not spectacular cities.

If someone claims Toyko or Seoul is worse then say Phili or Fresno then I can show you a person who has never been to Phili or Fresno.

I actually lived in Baltimore for 6months in the mid 1980s. My dad accepted a transfer out there and we arrived just in time to get hit by the worst snow storm in 20 years. Remember my family is from San Diego were snow is something you watch on TV.

It didn't take my parents long to decid to move back to sunny southern California.

Granted, but you can keep your winter snow storms & sticky hot summers while I will take the palm trees and Mediterranean weather out here.
