dont dead-lift, squat, and do ab excercises all in the same work out. It makes it impossible to walk

Actually I always squat and deadlift on the same day. Thats what you have to do in competition so its worthwhile to train that way (at least some of the time) Also, they use very similar muscle groups so it's easy to overtrain if you do multiple leg and back days in a week. In one week I train (day 1) heavy squat -light DL and (day 4) light squat-heavy DL.We need seperate human-only games for MP/PBEM that dont include the over-simplifications required to have a good AI

I was a little bit hasty to use the word "always" in my last post. I should have asked you your age because it does make a difference to what level of workout intensity a person can handle. I'm in my mid 30's. I'm not trying to compete, but I am trying to build mass so I go heavy every day. I don't work a body part more than once a week except abs. I do Squats & Stiff Leg DL's weekly for legs and I do powerlift DLs for back every other week.Last edited by Brundlefly; December 16, 2003, 15:28.
