According to information I have found on some World Cup sites, the place of the withdrawn Guam/Nepal pair in the group stage will be taken by the best loser of this preliminary round. This will be the loser of Laos-Sri Lanka because they both already got a point from their first leg while all the other eliminated teams lost both their matches.

Of course it will be several months before the European matches start, so you don't have to post your predictions right now. But I'll just post my predictions now so that I won't forget about it.

BTW, Locutus. Only now, after knowing the real modus it's possible to predict African and Asian qualifiers in. E.g I'm sure there's people that have both Tunisia and Morocco qualified or Cameroon and Egypt. Now they're in the same group and only one of them can go up. Can't we still change predictions, IMHO it's unfair that way and after all, nobody really predicted Mongolia or Mauritius to qualify anyway.
