I don't know the qualification-mode of CONCACAF yet, so I can't predict.
There must already be a mode for the AFC, but I don't know where to find it. the official AFC homepage is a joke (even more than fifa.com...)

For Wernazuma: CONCACAF qualifying. For Asia, all I've managed to find is that the 7 winners of these preliminary matches will join the other 25 countries in the first round. I haven't found anything about the format of that first round or the second round or any other rounds that may or may not come after that.
Oh well, I'll just make predictions and then see if I get more info on the mode before the first games start:
CONCACAF: USA, Mexico, Costa Rica
AFC: Japan, South Korea, China, Iran, Uzbekistan (to get some spice in the choice )

This should be 3-2. The third goal was originally reported as a golden goal in extra time, but it was scored in the 90th minute. I'll change it in the spreadsheet later. Then I'll also add Peru-Brazil 1-1. And if I can find the result of Libya-Sao Tome somewhere I'll also include that.
If you find any more wrong results please let me know and I'll also fix those.
