And those cheering him to die are out of line IMO. I don't particularly like the man, but he certainly doesn't deserve to die for any of his actions that I've heard of. If you disagree with him, much better that you hope that Britain "wakes up" and tossed him out at election time. Having him die just increases sympathy for him, and to some extent his policies.

I have no sympathy for warmongers. It would be nice if "fate" got rid of him. However he does, he must go somehow, and the sooner the better.

I never claimed to be a moderate. I am what one would know as an extremist, yes.... except that everyone I know shares my views. Perhaps I am the only one with the guts to say it. I mean really, imagine Dubya was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and had ten days to live..... What percentage of people would start cheering inside do you think? I would say around 10%. 40% would feel bad and say they still don't like the guy, and 50% would be saddened.

Besides: While I share your antipathy for Blair, I certainly wish him to be routed out of office in a well and healthy condition. To wish people to die only because they are liars and warmongers is just wrong.

Libertarians vary even more from one another than Communists, in large part because they have never really been in power anywhere to have their theories tested by reality. Floyd is pretty "pure" in his reasoning, which means he will never be elected to public office. More common are people who wish to push things in a libertarian direction without having to defend a pure (ie unpopular) version of libertarianism, many aspects of which they themselves might disagree with.
