I'd vote for North Korea or some broken down lawless African country. Any one of the half dozen war torn countries in Africa will do.

I dread to think of some of the **** that goes on in there.

You forgot South Africa (highest murder rate world wide, maybe at the moment topped by Iraq) and Rio de Janeiro (did you know that in the past decades more people died in slum shootings in Rio than in the Near East died during the whole 2 Intifadas?)

Doesn't it have lights now? I can remember when it was just one big free-for-all.

Civilian Control Zone, its an area (I think on the SK side, dunno about NK), that's used as a military training place for UN troops. The whole civilian thing I think is designed as an historical irony.

I thought that was Sierra Leone? Although murder and civil war kinda blurs there, so maybe it's not easy to judge.

Then again Elijah's bedroom must be pretty scary. After all girls are so scared of it they won't go near it.
