Yes we have a national basketball league, but about 80% of the players are NBA-reject Yanks so it doesn't really transfer well to us having a national team of our own.

I searched and could only find sites that listed the games, but weren't being updated with results.

The only place I could find scores were daily sports sections of newspaper sites. No one seemed to have a complete listing of previous games.

I never knew France or Spain could play basketball, but they seem to be doing well so far. I thought it was just an ex-Soviet/Balkan thing in Europe. Apparently not.
