not really... in many cases, recycling uses more fossil fuels by melting down and processing recycled material. Recycling programs, generally, are government funded raw materials collection programs for corporations. The only benefit from recycling is a decrease in garbage that is burned or put into landfills.

I think that the ELF are a bunch of idiots. I wish he humans took care of the enviroment more instead of poluting the earth do damn much. The ELF on the other hand does the stupidist things, dont stop pollution to happen, and in the case of California they set two fires there that put more pollution into the air. They didn't create more pollution, they just put an end to it's "life" early. If they hadn't of burned it, it would of sat around marring the landscape for a few centuries slowly decaying and rusting, or been demolished - having the same effect. They sped the process up a bit. Burning something does not speed up pollution, and just sets it out of control... Proper disposal of vehicles does not cause as much pollution as setting them on fire.

Osweld, they created more pollution by buring the stuff. If you properly disspose of the thing after you use them it will cause far less polution. So they created more polution and wasted the materials they were made out of!!
