I don't remember QM... I took it for a whole year, and Shrodinger rings a bell, but maybe I am thinking about that kid who played piano on Peanuts...

      Is that the wave equation?

I've read one Hawking book and know what Shrodingers big contribution was!

The physics in college is incomplete starting with Maxwell's original equations, use

quarternions, not complex numbers. Quartnions have 1 real dimension (time) and 3 perpendicular imaginary dimensions (space).

Here's some of the propulsion ideas NASA is working on based on quarternions.

Well, isn't that special... Next step, learn to spell it right: Schrodinger..

I looked it up, and now i remember... We only really used it for Classical Chemistry, which was promptly ignored for lack of practicallity...

Quaternions are for wimps who are too used to working in Euclidean space.

Use four-vectors and Minkowski space like a real man.

I work everything in Einstein Notation, so I'm pretty much ready for anything... besides, I hate matrices

Einstein wasn't very good at maths...

The spelling was a lazy cut'n'paste from your post!
