What is this 'FPS Optimizer' program I see? -
It's for Morrowind, though I don't really play anymore. It has tons of nice options and generally adds about 2-5 fps more when playing by my estimation. It's got stuff to change the music track playing ingame just by hitting a key
and some true 3D stuff for the Radeon 9700 that I can't use because I have a GF4 Ti 4200.
