      failing to stop at scene of an accident (a raod accident that is) is an offence over here. although there is no general (legal) duty to act to aid those in distress.

      and also, i have to say that although some people do drive stupidly, racing is great fun.

        I assume you mean auto accident, and that makes sense. However, just a general law to provide aid would be unconstitutional.

          It goes like this: the left lane is for traffic that is moving faster than traffic in the right lane, REGARDLESS of the speed limit. If you are in the left lane, you should be actively passing the cars in the right lane -- not going the same speed or letting them pass you
          Just because you are in the left lane, does not mean you are able to drive over the speed limit...

          maybe you are one of the people who don't properly understand the two lane system...
