However, I like the idea of adding potassium to the mix:
NaCl with 30% less sodium (and 55% more corrections)
Na+ + Cl- <---> NaCL
K+ + Cl- <---> KCl
x(Na) + y(Cl) + z(K) <---> 0.7(NaCl) + 0.3(KCl)
x = 1 - y - z
x - 0.3 = 0.7 - z
[0.7(Na) + 1.0(Cl) + 0.3(K) <---> 0.7(NaCl) + 0.3(KCl)]
