Recently HMB has decided to get a "cuddly buddy" (sort of like a F!JCK buddy except she doesn't go all the way). From what it looks like, he still hasn't gotten over his girlfriend's death in January and he doesn't want to start dating. Last time I talked to him, he said he was never going fall in love with anybody again but instead he'd take his pleasure where he could.
That's the reason why I asked. I think maybe if he'd grown to love Pat, his girlfriend (and the girl in my avatar, incidentally) they would have had a stronger bond and he wouldn't feel so emotionally empty after she died."lol internet" ~ AAHZComment

The quality versus quantity thing is something I've often thought about. But I liked variety. The exciting part for me was chasing girls, having more than one girlfriend at a time, that sort thing.
