    I once sexually assaulted someone.

My girlfriend rang up and said, "I'm bored and horny, why don't you come around here and sexually assault me?"

    So I did.

    Then she assaulted me back.

    It was a beautiful day....

On a more serious note, I do know a close family friend who was raped. I know who did it too, and if I ever see him, I'm going to smash the crap out of him.

You can have up to TWENTY-FOUR choices. You haven't used them up.

Never done it, don't have plans for it on my calendar, and don't know anybody either way (raped or falsely accused).

I DO know that as a person interested in equal rights (and for Che's benefit, let me say that I mean equal rights, period--sorry, still not a feminist), I am interested in seeing tough punishments doled out for women who accuse men of this crime falsely.

                  Why?

Because unlike other crimes where you're innocent till proven guilty, it don't work that way with rape.

Once the media gets ahold of the "R" word, you did it, period.

If the courts later find you not guilty, then it was because you had a good lawyer, not because you were really innocent.

And that stain don't go away.

It depends on how it is defined, I suppose. Here is how they find out how large a problem rape being unreported, however. Doctors and counselors (social workers and psychiatrists) keep statistics. As well, various studies ask women a number of different questions trying to find out whether they've been sexually assaulted, such as, have you ever been forced to have sex, have you ever had sex when you said you didn't want to, etc. Since rape and sexual assault have a stigma attatched, often times people will not admit to themselves or others that they had been raped, but they will say they were forced to have sex. By finding out how many of these women reported their attacks to the police, they can infer back the number that go unreported. It's a very large percentage.

I took a survey once where they asked the question "how many times can you have sex in a 48 hour period?"

I answered, 20+ (the highest answer on the list).

I'll bet a lot of guys did.

I'm male and have known 3 girls who have been sexually assaulted or raped... all by their "boyfriends".

PS: If a woman has sex when she doesn't really want to, it's not rape unless she makes that desire known, true?

If a woman has sex when she has a mild headache, she may well answer the "have you ever had sex when you didn't really want to" question in the affirmative.

                          That ain't rape tho.

                            You think that's funny?

My Dad once had a white South African doctor. He asked him what his experience of apartheid was.

The Doctor said that he hadn't had many black patients but the ones he had, had convinced him that they lived in a different world.

One guy came in complaining about his potency, "Doc", he said, "I'm having trouble getting it up to have sex with my wife and I'm worried about it".

"Hmmm...", said the doctor, "men of your age commonly experience impotence. What exactly is happening?"

"Well", said the man with a completely straight face, "I can only do it six times a day now."

What can you say to that?

Why is it in threads about rape people post jokes about sex?
