it is a matter that it is becoming all to abhorently common to see conservatives attack liberals as unpatriotic in way liberals DO NOT attack conservatives, and everyone just say "oh, trogledites will be trogledites".

      You mean brilliant politics .

        Ming: Read my first post.

Everyone else: This uber-"I hate everyone else who's different" mentality seems to be well seated in the far right.

Nope: this is no more brilliant politics than Buchanan's performance in Houston in '92.

I'm sure it will happen though. Godwin's law will be invoked; it is just a mtter of time now.

It's the same kind of people that say all repulicans are racists.

People like that usually have something besides the public good in mind when they make statemens. For someone like Rush, it's getting people to listen to his show.

Well Buchanan was a rebel. If you are a conspiracy nut and believe Limbaugh and co. are being directed by the mainstream, but the mainstream is backing away from them in public, then it's worked fairly well .

These "individuals" don;t influence politics half as much as they think or would like, which is better for all of us. The good thing is that I bet a lot of the listeners of these folks are not the most avid voters out there.
