  • Historic Apolyton moments.

Today, I have experienced an historic Apolyton moment when another Apolytoner expressed laughter at one of my jokes.

So what Apolyton historic moments of the past do you recall? Like an earth-shattering agreement between two Apolytoners who usually always disagreed?

An Apolytoner who changed his political views?

Or anything else that you remember that would be considered an historic Apolyton moment?

You sure you didn't imagine this supposed laugh?

        No -- see for yourself.

It's in the thread that I created, "What should we talk about?"

I once saw a triple cross post. Can't remember where though.

I don't think that qualifies as an historic Poly moment, Fun.

Historic Poly moments are like Black Saturday or the Chicago Xmas Poly meet game of Guess Which One is the Real Ming.

I seem to have recalled two in my post above.

I once created a DL (Arthur Dent) and had a contest for posters to guess who the DL really was .

What were they -- I don't remember what was involved, or what happened.

                      Like Black Saturday for instance.

Why is this historic? There are several Apolytoners who have DL habits.

Going to Chicago, never occured to me when I signed onto Apolyton that I'd actually travel to meet people. I was playing golf with a guy here and I told him I was heading for Chicago to play golf with internet friends and I got a look like he thought I was one of those internet predators (or a future victim of internet predators).
