"DF is a heartless Libertarian. If he sees homeless mothers in the gutter, he'll pay them and their kids to make a bigger gutter"
Why would I pay them for a gutter? I have a nice apartment, why would I want a gutter?

Oh, that's not a problem - there are no homeless people in my area. That was part of my reason for moving out here, actually - I'm being serious.

Homeless people can be a real problem in Pittsburgh, at least the ones that panhandle are. They try to hustle college students who have little money to begin with, making up false stories to try to trick us, and can be really nasty if you refuse to give them money. One time a panhandler, after I refused to give him money after he had lied to me about the cause of needing it(and I knew he was lying, long story), started cussing me out and spat in my face. They really do make a neighberhood agressive.

Exactly. I hate it that they hang around the UT campus, although I also get my kicks by totally ignoring them when they try to get money from me. Yeah, I'm gonna give them money so they can go buy cigarettes and cheap liquor

My Dad would spend his evenings shooting at Homeless people with his BB gun when we lived on the Presidio in SF (he Knew Homeless guys came up to our porch to sleep on our bench, so he'd be in a tree with his Gilly suit on.)

Sure it was. What would be uproarously funny would be someone claiming that Britain DOES need those carriers.

Britain does need those carriers. What are they going to do if Bush gets drunk and orders an attack on Britain?
