    My take on this subject is that it's really down to the set of standards you have. Some things are clearly unacceptable - but this differs not just between cultures but between individuals.

    So, I guess shades of grey really. But I believe in certain standards and do my level best not to drop below them.

    In other words - yes, their are shades of grey when it comes to good and evil, but that's no reason to say that nothing is bad or anything is acceptable.

    Old Yorkshire saying (with regards to witchcraft?); "There's black... and there's black". Some practices are much more destructive than others.
    Some cry `Allah O Akbar` in the street. And some carry Allah in their heart.

      None of the above.

      Absolutes don't exist. Grey is basically the area between absolutes, so it doesn't exist either.:P

        When you stop and talk to individual people, they will almost always respond with Shades of Gray. But most people still have a division right down the center between "us" and "them".
        To us, it is the BEAST.
