how often do you go to your barber? and how much do you tip him?
also, i've always heard that how people outside are with their barbers is a lot different than here in the city. is that **** true? i was always told that people outside the cities just go to massive chain hair cutting places and they don't know their barber's name and what not (and they see a new person everytime they go), etc. but the show King of the Hill, had Hank having a relationship with his barber so i guess that **** aint true.
as for me, i go to my barber, Rob, once a month though I'm thinking I may need to go every 3 weeks cause my hair is feeling a bit long for this hot ass weather. my old barber, Troy, left me so for a minute i was looking for a new barber til one day, rob called out to me. everyday just about he be sitting right outside the shop, advertising his multicultural barbershop services. so i took him up on his offer and i was cool with the results. i generally try to tip 3-5 dollars but the pricing isn't specific. he knows most of his customers cant really afford the full price of a shave and a haircut so he usually throws in the shave for free but i personally got to pay in full for a service (how i was raised i guess
) so i usually just give him a dub and call it even.
so how about yall?
