Cereal and juice so far. As I'm typing, in fact.

I've eaten a vegetarian mix of semolina, vegetables and tofu with a slightly hot sauce. I think I'm going to eat rice with vinegar tonight, as I have nearly nothing else (I could switch vinegar with olive oil, but I'm saving it )

I have eaten 1 waffle, 1 yogurt (8 oz) for breakfast. And for lunch I had ravioli (chef boy ardee can).

That's it. I'm keeping my calories to a minimum right now.

Hey, a #6 is my meal at Wendy's - every time, a #6, no mayo, biggie sized w/ a Dr. Pepper...
that's the exact order one of my friends always gets...

                  for dinner tonight I had:
                  6 oz. steak filet
                  sliced tomatoes in a vinagrette
                  some bread
                  a bottle of beer

                  for dessert...
                  a chocolate covered ice-cream bar from Schwann's
To us, it is the BEAST.

Guacamole and Nachos for breakfast, followed by some Halva for a mid-morning snack. Potato Salad and a ricotta cheese/roasted hot pepper dip with nachos for lunch. Spinach and cheese tortellini with margarine and parmesan cheese for dinner. And a few raspberries... and, in a couple of minutes, a piece of cheese cake.

I've been eating alot of cheese lately... I was trying to cut back on that.

                        As for today's food:

An everything bagel w/ butter and medium coffee for breakfast

A largish salad with grilled shrimp for lunch w/ a can of diet coke. The salad was too much, so I saved some for a later afternoon snack.

For dinner, I had some pasta primavera. I've also had many glasses of water throughout the day.

I'm about to eat a banana. should I just post a log of my calorie intake here?

I was reading about an eccentric scientist who lives in Italy that cutting your calorie intake by 20% (or was it 50%?) can drastically increase your lifespan. He verified this with rats, and is undergoing experiment himself.

While I lack the discipline to go that extreme, I do think cutting calories is fun. It feels so nice to lose weight so easily.

I heard that about the rats. Contemplated doing it myself, but risks were too extreme....
