  • What have you eaten today?

Today I've had a bowl of cereal, a kitkat, three slices of pizza, one tuna and chilli sandwich and one roast pork sandwich with baked beans. Washed down with 1.3 litres of water.

Is this healthy? Not healthy? Did I just start this thread out of boredom and attention seeking?

I'd kill for a fresh salad but this is provincial backwater England where finding a decent salad is harder than Boris during the Gay Pride Parade.
Exult in your existence, because that very process has blundered unwittingly on its own negation. Only a small, local negation, to be sure: only one species, and only a minority of that species; but there lies hope. [...] Stand tall, Bipedal Ape. The shark may outswim you, the cheetah outrun you, the swift outfly you, the capuchin outclimb you, the elephant outpower you, the redwood outlast you. But you have the biggest gifts of all: the gift of understanding the ruthlessly cruel process that gave us all existence [and the] gift of revulsion against its implications.

2 peanut butter sandwiches and some of my dad's corned beef mush. And the odd Yorkie bar, for the trucker in me.

I had two bowls of Cinnamon Crunch and then a number 6 at Wendy's... biggie sized with Coke...

I had yogurt for breakfest and a swarma ( a type of Arab burrito thing stuffed with grilled chicken, onions, heavily seasoned, then the whole peta/tortia is lightly grilled as well so it is crisp) & mediterrean salad for lunch. I still have a few hours to figure out what to eat for dinner.

            Sava,

Hey, a #6 is my meal at Wendy's - every time, a #6, no mayo, biggie sized w/ a Dr. Pepper...

In any case, I've had 3 bowls of Rice Crispies and a bunch of water so far today. When my sister and her b/f get into town in a few hours we're gonna go to dinner.

Oddly, nearly nothing. I believe two pieces of bread in morning with sausage. Nothing else.

                  Damn that sounds good.

It's summer in northern Europe dammit. Just warm enough most days to stay outside yet not so hot as to be uncomfortable. I should be living on fresh salads and olive oil yet what do I find in the fridge? Heavy roast meats and boiled veg! Argh, my gran's never going to progress beyond WWII cooking.

Two Ardennes pate sandwiches (wholewheat, fresh bread, nothing but the pate)
                    Few Jaffa cakes
                    Couple of choc chip digestives
Steak, roast potatoes and salad for dinner
Some cherries and a couple of bananas

                      Update:

Decided I couldn't wait for dinner, so I'm eating a large can of peaches.

If I get my way, we'll do either Chinese or Tex-Mex tonight...

I haven't been awake very long, so only a burrito from Del Taco and a 44 oz Coke. I expect at least 3 more meals today, larger than this one.

Swarma's are good. I found a nice Iraqi restaurant/cafe not far from my work and the prices are very reasonable ($5-$8 per person for lunch). The owners are the most anti-Sadam people I have ever met; I mean they really, really didn't like Saddam.

Thus far (and probably all for today) I have had a bowl of cornflakes, 3 cups of coffee, some choccie biccies, a banana, some beef and mustard sandwiches, a spinach and ricotta canneloni and a garlic bread, oh, and another bowl of cornflakes
