Family Guy is the greatest show ever created by a homo sapien

Anyone who likes King of the Hill needs their head checked. I have never, ever even come close to smiling while watching that show. They don't have a single sympathetic character (except maybe for that female friend of Billy's, but she's not funny).
Family Guy is closer to the work of Kevin Smith and Futurama is closer to the work of the Monty Python gang. I prefer Futurama.
"One pound of it weighs over a hundred pounds!"
"Blackmail is such an ugly word. I prefer eXtortion. The X makes it sound cool."
"Brannigan's Law is like Brannigan's Love. Hard and fast."
king of the hill is one of the most intelligent shows on tv. much like the simpsons was. futurama and family guy have stripped most of that away for funny reference jokes or slapstick. which is good too. but I miss the intelligent mocking of stereotypes not in a 5 second soundbyte. but throughout entire episodes and plots.
wow thats sad. do u have ne idea how many things that precludes u from watching. pending ur hypocrisy.
funny tho!
Well I could also go see a movie, watch a play or something else, but for twenty minutes of simple fun without having to think to much I would say Family Guy is great. I'm not quite sure what you mean as your spelling is a bit strange.
It's candy. Surely there are more important things the NAACP could be boycotting. If the candy were shaped like a burning cross or a black man made of regular chocolate being dragged behind a truck made of white chocolate I could understand the outrage and would share it. - Drosedars
I think family guy is best, but only because of stewie! Whoever came up with the idea of a sociopathic, talking baby is a sheer genius!!!! We should give him a nobel prize or something!

Fox are a bunch of morons. They killed Family Guy and Futurama by moving them around so much. They ALMOST (and by just thiiiis much) killed King of the Hill the same way!
People that make animated shows should not trust Fox anymore simply because they have the Simpsons!

They cancelled it last year, if I remember. Futurama lasted a while more but it aso fell. A sad ending, like that of the Critic, or Duckman.

Fox couldn't quit moving Family Guy. I watched it the few times it came on Sunday, but I didn't have time to watch it mostly the other days of the week...AFAIR, it was on Tuesday, Thursday, Wednesday, maybe Friday, then Wednesday? Or was it...
IIRC they promoted one episode at 8:30 and aired it at 8:00.
They also didn't care about Futurama. It always got replaced by the football games.
Then again, you could market Fox as a cartoon repellent....Kills Cartoons Dead. Gauranteed.

I liked the first few shows better, when no one could understand Stewie and he was always plotting against his mother. After they changed that I wasn't as interested.
I agree. When he was an evil militarist he was hilarious and stole the show. When they made him into a "Log Cabin Republican" my amusement regarding him dropped off.
I still remember fondly the time Stewie set up an elaborate ambush for "the man in the white coat".
He's got the Midas touch.
But he touched it too much!

What stereotypes? What mocking?
Hank sells propane.
Now, propane is something I am not familiar with outside of chemistry class (and knowing that it has three carbons and eight hydrogens per molecule doesn't help). I don't know of any stores that sell propane and would have to ask someone if I wanted to buy some for whatever it's used for.
Is there a joke in that? I have no idea.
Luanne is studying to become a hairdresser. So what?
I know that hairdressers, along with telephone sanitizers and used car salescritters, were stuck on the Golgafricham Ark B and launched into space only to crash and establish civilization on Earth.
I don't get King of the Hill. To paraphrase Lisa in the Australia episode, I know all the words but the show doesn't seem to have a point.
