Why would any (let alone the MOST SUCCEFFUL) manager want to hush up drugs usage? You honestly think the coaches are passing out dope to the players? You really believe managers don't care about their players health care?
You bet if there are drugs involved, any team boss is going to go public on it - and make DAMN sure the rest of the squad is OK.

You'd think that someone who has been transferred around as much as Foe would have had a large number medicals in which you hope they'd pick something like that up.Comment

Medical science is not perfect at picking up fatal illness before they strike, even in world class sports figures.
