In my experience the ed2k-network is not very good for music.
There isn't the abundance of Kazaa, nor are there many single mp3 files, but entire albums and discographies are plentiful.
Cake and grief counseling will be available at the conclusion of the test. Thank you for helping us help you help us all!

By billed with Kazaa, he probably means billed by the RCAA for downloading music you don't own. Not to mention the lawsuit and legal fees you'll be paying.

      Poste antia deletia btw

argh this is why i dislike winmx, i find a song i want to d/l, and the download is going to take a lifetime because half the free world has decided they want my 1300 mp3s!
Why don't you alter your uploads to "zero allowed" while you download?

bittorrent is great for some things, give it a shot.

konspire is an interesting idea, it doesn't seem to be big yet, and i won't know really until i'm back on broadband this fall.

on that note, does anybody know a good program for finding k-pop and j-pop? hell, any asian music? nothing in the western world is good for it: kazaa*, slsk, bittorrent, konspire, freenet, locutus, winmx, limewire... nothing is good...

q cubved. the only jpop worth listening to is puffy and thats because of the great production values of puffy.

              mrt: pfeh.

i like hamasaki ayumi (ayu), utada hikaru, nakashima miya, and amuro namie. smap's just like the backstreet boys.

in kpop (gayo), i liked yoo seung joon (who's no longer allowed in the country because he switched his citizenry to the us to avoid having to do time in the military (oh, the scandal!)), finkl, boa, and a few others. old ones like dj doc and clon are nice too.

it's damn hard to find them, either because of romanization, or they're on different networks.

finkl was the running joke among my friends at one time. but i do fancy them once in a while. speaking of japanese artists have you heard anything by cornelius. hes really a hoot.

finkl's great, although i don't get their name (fine killing liberty... ?) ever heard of ses or baby vox? hot, shinwha, un, cool, or up? plenty of them are fun to listen to, even if they are manufactured.

as for cornelius, no. korn the artist, however, is funny.

Newsgroups trump P2P in quality, quantity and variety. The only downside is that you have to wait for stuff to posted instead of downloading on demand.

I suggest reading some of the MP3 faqs and posting a request...
