          Possible. If the pen is mighter than the sword then a PC connected to the internet can be a possible kind of WMD.

                              I wonder what he thinks of this: Do-it-yourself cruise missile for under $5,000.00 US

                              I figure you could build a medium range cruise / ballistic missile able to deliver a low-yield nuke for $25-30,000.

                                Well, there is that whole "Build a nuke" problem, but I don't think it would amount to much trouble to find fissile materials. All you have to do is dig around southern Syria, maybe there is a dormant Israeli nuke lying around.
